She created www.loveurbelly.com to share their journey and the delicious food made in their family kitchen including grain free, sugar free, fermented foods and kid friendly recipe ideas. A mother to 3, May is Saigon born, Australian raised and now living back in Vietnam. She runs workshops on how to make kombucha tea and fermented foods.
