Very Berry Recovery Smoothie

This is the perfect post workout recovery smoothie full of superfoods and protein. It comes from Paleo Foodies’ reader Sasha Cunningham from Melbourne, VIC. Sasha’s smoothie was one of the winning recipes in our Paleo Foodies / 180 Nutrition Smoothie promotion. It can be made using 180 Nutrition WPI protein in coconut, or for a vegan version use the 180 Nutrition pea protein in coconut.

Very Berry Recovery Smoothie Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1 cup fresh strawberries & raspberries
2 tablespoons 180 Nutrition protein
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tsp Amazonia açai berry powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup mint leaves
Sprig of mint garnish
1 teaspoon probiotic
