How to make bone broth at home and create the perfect slow cooked lamb casserole

Bone broth is a staple within the paleo diet, and one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet.

It’s simple to prepare and can be consumed on it’s own, as a base for soups, stews, casseroles and even in smoothies!

In my most recent Real Food Inspiration video, I am joined by Soulla Chamberlain, creator of Star Anise Organic Wholefoods and wholefood cook extraordinaire. In this episode we show you how to make your own bone broth (stock) at home using chicken, beef or lamb bones, and then we show you how to use bone broth as a key ingredient in a slow cooked lamb casserole.
