A primal pilgrimage to the US and Mexico

For the next few weeks I’ll be blogging and posting all the way from the US and Mexico. Why these two places? Well, a few months back I got an email with the headline:

You’re Invited: Vacation with Mark Sisson in Mexico!

I promptly forwarded the email to two business colleagues, and the next day we had booked! Talk about the power of marketing :)

Mark Sisson has been one of my idols ever since I discovered his blog Marks Daily Apple a few years back. He’s one of the pioneers of the modern primal lifestyle and someone who inspires me to be the best version of myself that I can be.

I’m so excited to be attending his conference PrimalCon from 1 March (this coming Friday), and I’ve taken the opportunity to check out the primal movement in the US while I’m here.

So for the next few weeks, I’ll be immersing myself in primal health, nutrition and of course indulging in amazing, healthy food which I will share as I go.

Because we were a little excited about our trip, we put together this brief introductory video all about us – featuring myself and one of my travel buddies, Stuart Gadenne of Tengeri Natural Fitness.

Adios amigos,
